What is a Primary Device and why is this required?

You must own a primary device in order to watch channels from Popcorn Trailer. Primary devices include: Android (Smart TV and Boxes) or Amazon Fire devices. We support Android Smart TVs, Android Set Top Boxes, Fire TV and Android / iOS Mobiles or Tablets.

Can I connect using Wifi?

Yes, of course. You may stream using wifi or high speed internet connection. Remember our app is available on all devices, giving you the option to watch on the go or at home on your TV.

Can I watch on multiple devices?

Yes, you can install the Popcorn Trailer app on multiple devices once you have authorized your primary device. Thanks to wireless connectivity, no extra cables are needed. As standard we only allow 1 concurrent user however you can upgrade for our multi-screen for an additional charge per month and have up to 5 concurrent devices to be used at the same time.

Can I Pause, Rewind, Fast Forward a Recorded Program?
Yes, You can Pause, Play, Stop, Rewind and Fast Forward Recorded Shows.
Do you provide technical support?

You can speak to a real person 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our online chat service.

Popcorn Trailer has partnered to bring you network access of premium live TV and movies on demand with the Popcorn Trailer app. This means we have a strict no tolerance policy for copyright infringement. In addition, we will promptly terminate without notice the accounts of those determined by us to be "repeat infringers".  If you feel someone is using our service for illegal reasons please let us know.
